Brig. Gen. Thomas J. Sharpy, who has been selected for the grade of major general, vice commander, 18th Air Force, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, to director, strategic plans, requirements and programs, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
